Amber Campisi is an American model and Playboy Playmate. She is best known for appearing as Playboy Magazine’s Playmate of the Month in February 2005. She appeared in the accompanying pictorial in the December 2003. She has also appeared on several television programs, including “The Girls Next Door,” “Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches,” and “Kendra.” Born Amber Lynn Campisi on June 21, 1981 in Dallas, Texas, her family is best known for its pizza restaurant, Campisi’s Egyptian, on Mockingbird Lane, founded by her grandfather, Joe Campisi. Her father is Dallas restaurateur Corky Campisi. Following her high school graduation in 1999, she attended and graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2003 with a degree in Communications. Amber tried out for Playboy scouts when they were searching for models for The 50th Anniversary Playmate Hunt. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
