Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from Pennsylvania State University. While studying, she completed an internship at the Weather Channel, which facilitated her transition to a full-time forecaster position there after graduation.
Throughout her more than 20-year tenure at the network, Carfagno has reported on all types of extreme weather from every angle: on-camera, behind the scenes, in the studio, and out in the field.
